I have a professional inkjet printer and can produce high quality ('Giclee') prints up to A2 size (which is 4 x A4).
The prints will fit into any bulk standard, international paper size frame. However, for that something special, a gift perhaps, why not consider getting them professionally mounted and framed, it's not as expensive as you might think.
I use very high quality archival matt paper which, I find, for animals and wildlife gives a fantastic finish and cuts down the reflection when put into a glass frame. The prints are said to last up to 100 years... let me know if they don't!

What is Giclee?
Giclee printing first came about in the mid 1990’s and quickly became the best high quality print option for professional artists and photographers. Giclee prints are digitally printed onto archival papers or canvas using a pigmented ink system.

You have a choice of 2 finishes:
1. Print, no border. (order online)
2. Print with border: (order print online, then send email to request this border, giving me your dog's name)
For a more professional finish a black 'keyline' around the image with a white border. With text showing the photographer and a description of the image, i.e. your dog's name (send by email when ordering prints).
Because I have to make images for the web much, much smaller in quality and size the appearance can be deceptive and not look nearly as good as an actual print.
This is just to let you know that I only upload images that will produce good prints, showing fine detail even in the black and white parts of an image, which may look 'blown out' when you view them online.
I can crop an image to any size you want but there are too many options for me to add them all to be available to purchase online. So, for instance, say you wanted 3, 5"x7" prints to fit into a multi frame mount, as shown in this example:
